Spring Has Arrived Spring is finally here!  And even though I've been sick I'm trying not to let that stop me from enjoying the nice weather and watching the world come alive once more. I can't wait for Spring! I was accepted to KCAI but pushed the spring enrollment back to the fall so I could have more time to figure out how and if I want to pay for going to school at my age.  I really want to go and I NEED to go because I've gone as far as I can in photography on my own.  I need help and I wouldn't mind having that degree. lol. But I just can't see running up so much in school loans for a degree in photography.  There are sooo many people wanting to do the same thing and unless you have something really unique to offer...you aren't going to go far in the business.  I just don't want to end up paying out so much money for

One step closer to acceptance!! I have an appt. next Friday to take my ACT test at KCAI in Kansas City.  The test and my Statement of Purpose (which I'll be turning in on the same day) are the last two things I have to do for enrolling in the Art Institute!  Then I'll just have to sit back and wait to be accepted!  After which I will be busy, yet again, trying to figure out a way to pay for it!  But one baby step at a time. My Nikon and I have been busy this month!!  I've been shooting some series shots to add to my school portfolio.  I was also asked to take portraits of the tattoo artists of Electric Krayon Tattoo Studio in St. Robert, MO
